TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Acceptance of Terms

By scheduling services with Unrivaled Detailing LLC, customer agrees to these Terms & Conditions in full.

2.  Mobile Service Conditions

Customer must provide:

• Safe and legal access to vehicle

• Adequate working space

• Access to electricity and/or water if required

• A safe environment free from hazards

We reserve the right to refuse, stop, or reschedule service if conditions are unsafe, illegal, or unsuitable.

No discounts will be provided for services stopped due to unsafe conditions.

3. Deposits & Payment Policy

• Deposits are required for select services including paint correction and ceramic coatings.

• Deposits are non-refundable under all circumstances, including cancellation, no-show, or failure to disclose vehicle condition.

• Rescheduling may be permitted one time with at least 72 hours notice at company discretion.

• Balance is due immediately upon completion of service.

Failure to pay may result in legal collection action.

4. Pricing & Condition Adjustments

Quoted pricing is based on customer-provided vehicle description.

If vehicle condition differs materially from description (excessive pet hair, biohazard, heavy oxidation, severe staining, excessive contamination, etc.), pricing may increase accordingly.

Customer approval will be requested before proceeding with additional charges.

5. Pre-Existing Damage & Risk Acknowledgment

Customer acknowledges:

Detailing, paint correction, and ceramic coating involve mechanical polishing, chemical cleaners, and high-pressure equipment. Unrivaled Detailing LLC is NOT responsible for:

• Pre-existing paint damage

• Clear coat failure

• Thin paint

• Rock chips

• Scratches

• Oxidation

• Failing trim

• Loose emblems or moldings

• Aftermarket installations

• Improper prior repairs

• Electrical or mechanical malfunctions triggered during normal service

• Water intrusion due to pre-existing seal failure

If paint failure occurs during correction due to underlying defects, customer assumes full responsibility.

6. Paint Correction & Ceramic Coating (High-End Service Disclaimer)

Customer acknowledges:

• 100% defect removal is not guaranteed.

• Ceramic coatings do NOT prevent rock chips, scratches, dents, or impact damage.

• Coating longevity depends on proper maintenance and environmental exposure.

• Automatic car washes may degrade coating performance.

• Improper maintenance voids any longevity claims.

Any warranty is limited strictly to manufacturer-backed coverage, if applicable.

Unrivaled Detailing LLC makes no independent durability guarantees beyond written manufacturer terms.

7. Vehicle Contents

Customer must remove all personal belongings.

We are not responsible for:

• Lost items

• Damaged personal property

• Cash, electronics, firearms, or valuables left in vehicle

8. Weather & Force Majeure

As a mobile service provider, we may reschedule due to:

• Severe weather

• Environmental hazards

• Equipment failure

• Illness

• Acts of God

This shall not constitute breach of contract.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted under Tennessee law:

Unrivaled Detailing LLC’s total liability for any claim arising from services shall not exceed the total amount paid for the specific service performed.

We shall not be liable for:

• Indirect damages

• Consequential damages

• Loss of vehicle use

• Loss of income

• Diminished value claims

Customer waives any claim exceeding the service invoice amount.

10. Indemnification

Customer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Unrivaled Detailing LLC from claims arising from:

• Failure to disclose pre-existing damage

• Inaccurate vehicle condition representation

• Unsafe service environment

• Third-party claims relating to vehicle condition

11. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved informally.

If unresolved, disputes shall be governed exclusively by Tennessee law and handled in Davidson County, Tennessee.

12. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is deemed unenforceable, remaining provisions shall remain in full effect.
